This diet is designed specifically with muscle growth in mind: It features a bulking phase, a cutting phase, and a maintenance phase. The bulking phase consists of 10 weeks of moderate, low-intensity training in which you gain muscle. During the Bulking Phase, you can consume up to three times that amount of carbohydrates. During the Bulking Phase, you can consume up to three times that amount of protein, bulking and cutting vs recomp. During the Cutting Phase, you can consume up to five times that amount of protein. After three weeks in the Cutting Phase, you can consume up to five times that amount of carbohydrate. And you can keep the bulk for another six weeks, during which time you can consume up to three times that amount of protein and up to four times the amount of carbohydrates, during which you can consume up to four times the amount of carbohydrates, bulking and cutting workout plan. The Maintenance Phase is similar to the bulking phase, and follows the same rules as during the bulking phase, bulking and cutting diet.
